一种新型换热器在工业废水余热回收中的应用
Application of a novel heat exchanger to industrial wastewater heat recovery
摘要:
为了满足废水排放要求,工业生产过程中产生的高温废水需要进行降温处理,不但浪费了大量的水资源,也浪费了大量热能。为了更好地利用工业废水余热资源,结合工程实践,设计了一种U形循环换热器。应用结果表明,这种新型换热器具有有效防止管壁结垢、提高换热效率等优点。

Abstract:
In order to meet the requirements of wastewater discharge, the high temperature wastewater in the process of industrial production needs to be cooled down, which wastes a lot of water resource and heat energy. In order to make better use of the waste heat resource of industrial wastewater, designs a U-shaped circulating heat exchanger in combination with engineering practice. The application results show that the novel heat exchanger has the advantages of effectively preventing scaling on pipe wall and improving heat exchange efficiency.
