基于制冷站BMS监测数据守恒关系的传感器自校核方法*

Self-checking method of sensors in chiller plants based on energy conservation with BMS monitoring data

摘要:

以影响制冷站系统运行性能评价指标最关键的温度和流量传感器为研究对象,基于制冷站BMS监测数据,通过对制冷站典型设备和系统之间物理关系和守恒关系的分析,提出了一套传感器自校核方法。使用该方法,可以及时检查传感器的准确性,并可以修正历史数据。以一个实际项目为例,应用该方法对存在偏差的历史数据进行修正,并对该系统实际运行性能进行分析,验证了该方法的实际应用效果。

Abstract:

Focusing on temperature sensors and flow rate sensors which have great influence on the analysis of energy performance of chiller plants, through the analysis of the physical and conservation relationships between the typical equipment and systems of the chiller plant, proposes an accurate self-checking method of sensors based on BMS monitoring data. With this method, the accuracy of sensors can be checked timely and the historical data can be amended. Taking an actual project as an example, corrects the deviation of historical data by this method, and analyses the actual operation performance of the system, and verifies the actual application effect of the method.
