介绍了上海市公共建筑节能改造经验，总结了夏热冬冷地区公共建筑节能改造适宜技术及应用特点，分析了冷热源系统、生活热水系统和照明系统改造在宾馆饭店建筑、办公建筑、商业建筑和医疗卫生建筑中应用的节能效果。

Abstract：
Presents the energy saving renovation experience of public buildings in Shanghai. Summarizes the appropriate technologies and application characteristics of energy saving renovation of public buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone. Analyses the energy saving effects of the renovation of cold and heat source systems, domestic hot water systems and lighting systems in hotel buildings, office buildings, commercial buildings and medical and health buildings.
