地板辐射供冷系统室内平均辐射温度的计算方法及壁面发射率因素分析*
Calculation methods of indoor mean radiant temperature of floor radiant cooling system and effect of surface emissivity
摘要:
采用理论分析和实验分析的方法,重点研究了房间围护结构内表面发射率对地板辐射供冷系统室内平均辐射温度的影响,并对平均辐射温度的计算方法进行了比较。结果表明,内壁面采用较低发射率材料时,其表面温度有所提高,有利于减少墙体传热。对于平均辐射温度的计算,室内表面发射率改变时应采用定义计算法或模拟简化法,传统简化法等计算方法不再适用。当顶板和侧墙均采用低发射率材料时,平均辐射温度可降低约4 ℃。
Abstract:
Using theoretical and experimental analysis methods, focuses on the impacts of surface materials’ emissivity on indoor mean radiant temperature of floor radiant cooling system, and compares calculation methods of mean radiant temperature.The results show that the internal wall surface material with lower emissivity has higher surface temperature to reduce heat transfer through walls. For the mean radiant temperature calculation, when the indoor surface emissivity changes, recommends the definition calculation method or the simulation simplification method. The traditional simplification method is no longer applicable. When using low emissivity materials in roof and side walls, the mean radiant temperature can be reduced by about 4 ℃.
