摘要:
分析了IPLV/NPLV的应用条件,指出了其作为一种效率评价标准存在的缺陷。由于IPLV/NPLV不能真实地代表一个制冷站的运行特性,故仅用于比较单台机组的卸载特性,不能预测配置变频器带来的经济效益。认为评价冷水机组的实际运行工况时,高负荷区运行工况点的能效格外重要,为了确保获得经济上和环境上最佳的方案,应采用准确的能耗分析工具。
Abstract:
Analyses the application conditions of IPLV/NPLV, points out the defects of IPLV/NPLV being used as an efficiency evaluation standard. It does not accurately represent a chiller plant’s operating characteristics, it can be used to compare unloading characteristics of chillers only, and it can not be used for predicting the economic savings by adding variable-speed drives. Considers that high-load operating points are extremely important when looking at the real operating points of chillers, and to ensure optimal solutions economically and environmentally, it is important to use accurate energy analysis tools.
