基于时间损失的办公室环境评估方法*

摘要:

结合室内空气环境与热环境因素,基于时间损失量化室内环境质量对室内人员的影响,并通过对室内环境进行评分分级来评价室内环境的优劣。通过案例计算,将评价模型计算结果与文献结果进行了比较。结果显示,新装修办公室普遍较旧装修办公室污染更严重,而且可进一步得出各环境因素对室内人员长期影响造成的时间损失。通过对该时间损失值的控制,反过来可为决策者制定室内环境优化措施提供数据基础。

Abstract:

 Combined with indoor air environment and thermal environment, quantifies the impact of indoor environmental quality on indoor occupants based on time loss, and evaluates the indoor environment by grading. With a case calculation, compares the calculation results of the evaluation model with the literature. The results show that the pollution of the newly decorated offices is commonly more serious than the offices used for years. Further obtains the time loss caused by the long-term impact of various environmental factors on indoor occupants. Through the control of the time loss value, in turn, it can provide data basis for decision makers to formulate indoor environment optimization measures.
