基于逆向建模的公共建筑能耗评价方法*

摘要:

提出了一种基于建筑总能耗的逆向建模方法,利用建筑能耗对室外温度及服务参数的敏感性,对建筑总能耗进行拆分拟合,基于拟合参数的物理意义提出了建筑能耗评价方法,并以办公建筑为例建立了能耗评价比对模型。通过典型建筑模型与实测结果的对比,验证了模型的可靠性及对节能方向的指导意义。

Abstract:

Proposes a reverse modeling method based on the total building energy consumption, which uses the sensitivity of building energy consumption to outdoor temperature and service parameters to split and fit the total building energy consumption. Based on the physical meaning of fitting parameters, puts forward a building energy consumption evaluation method. Taking the office building as an example, establishes an energy consumption evaluation and comparison model. Through the comparison between the typical building model and the measured results, verifies the reliability of the model and its guiding significance to the further energy saving.
