大型客机与工业洁净厂房化学过滤器性能指标实验对比*
Experimental comparison of chemical filter performance indexes between aviation and industrial clean workshops
摘要:
对大型客机座舱通风用化学过滤器和工业洁净厂房通风用化学过滤器进行了效率、阻力、容污量等性能的测试和对比,得出航空化学过滤器的效率更高、阻力更低,但是容污性能相对较弱的结论。提出了一种新的化学过滤器评价指标,可综合考虑过滤效率、阻力、容污量等性能。用该指标对航空与工业化学过滤器进行性能评价,工业化学过滤器消耗1 kJ能量可以吸附114 mg甲苯,而航空化学过滤器能吸附369.1 mg甲苯,是工业化学过滤器的3.2倍,航空化学过滤器的综合性能更好。
Abstract:
Tests and compares the efficiency, resistance and pollutant tolerance of aviation filters and industrial clean workshop chemical filters for ventilation, and concludes that the aviation filter features higher efficiency, lower resistance, but weaker pollutant tolerance. Provides a new evaluation index of chemical filters, which comprehensively considers the performance of filter efficiency, resistance and pollutant tolerance. Evaluates the performance of aviation filters and industrial filters with this index, the results show that the industrial filter can adsorb 114 mg of toluene with 1 kJ energy consumption, while the aviation filter can adsorb 369.1 mg of toluene, which is 3.2 times of that of the industrial filter, so aviation filters have better performance.
