摘要:
分析了天然气的燃烧特性、烟气的主要成分及影响锅炉热损失的主要因素,阐明了回收烟气显热和潜热对提高锅炉热效率的重要性。总结了烟气余热利用技术的现状,提出了应用液气喷射泵技术回收燃气锅炉烟气余热的方案。论述了多喷嘴双级液气喷射泵的结构组成、工作原理、性能参数、经济性及应用优势。
Abstract:
Analyses the combustion characteristics of natural gas, the main components of flue gas and the main factors affecting the heat loss of boilers, and expounds the importance of recovering the sensible and latent heat of flue gas to improve the thermal efficiency of boilers. Summarizes the status quo of flue gas waste heat utilization technology, and proposes a scheme for flue gas waste heat recovery of gas-fired boilers using liquid-gas jet pump technology. Presents the structure, working principle, performance parameters, economy and application advantages of multi-nozzle and two-stage liquid-gas jet pumps.
