摘要：
标准提出了医疗环境控制的宗旨是防止感染、保护医疗器械和相关职业健康与安全要求三大任务。肯定了置换流（医学界习惯称为层流）对手术环境控制三大任务的正面效果，提高了医疗环境的控制要求，完善了控制措施。规定了确认手术室级别的程序及手术保护区域的定位分析。提出了医院卫生专家和卫生工程师对医疗环境控制的职责。
Abstract：
Proposes that the medical environment control aims are the infection prevention and control, medical device safety and relevant occupational health and safety. Affirms the positive effects of laminar ventilation on the three major tasks of the surgical environment control, meanwhile improves the control requirements of medical environment and the control measures. Furthermore, specifies the procedures for confirming the operating room level and positioning analysis of the protected surgical area. In particular, proposes the responsibility of hospital health experts and hygiene engineers for the control of medical environment.
