埋地式离心鼓风横流冷却塔在地铁工程中的应用研究

摘要:
根据地铁站的风道及出入口的结构特点,设计了一种新型离心鼓风横流式侧出风冷却塔,水流从塔上部竖直落下,空气由离心风机压入后水平通过淋水填料后从侧面排出。通过模拟地下风道环境并对该塔型进行热力性能实验,发现在不同的湿球温度下都能满足所需性能要求。从设置方案、环境影响、能耗、设备投资等方面与常规冷却塔和蒸发冷凝式冷水机组进行了比较,结果表明,该塔型占地少、投资省、景观效果好、噪声低,更加节能环保。
Abstract:
According to the structural characteristics of the air duct and the entrance of underground railway stations, designs a novel centrifugal blast cross-flow side-out-wind cooling tower, in which the water falls vertically from the upper tower and air flow goes horizontally through the rain water discharge from the side of the packing. Tests the thermal performance of the tower by simulating the underground air duct environment, and finds that the required performance can be met at different air wet-bulb temperatures. Compares with conventional cooling tower and evaporative condensing chiller from the aspects of setting scheme, environmental impact, energy consumption and equipment investment. The results show that the cooling tower features compact, less investment, good landscape, low noise, more energy saving and environmental protection.
