饱和蒸汽管道最小安全流量的分析与计算

摘要:

利用伯克流型图及伯克参数模型分析饱和蒸汽管道的气液两相流流动状态,判断两相流流型,指出随着蒸汽流量的减小,气液两相流开始呈柱状流时蒸汽管道即可能发生汽水冲击,此时的蒸汽流量即为最小安全流量。通过饱和蒸汽管道算例在模型中的理论演算,发现伯克参数随蒸汽流量变化的分布规律,并据此得到饱和蒸汽最小安全流量的计算方法。根据伯克参数曲线随饱和蒸汽参数、管径、保温材料、疏水等因素变化的特性,给出了避免饱和蒸汽管道流量降低时发生汽水冲击的方法。

Abstract:

 Analyses the gas/liquid two-phase flow in saturated steam pipeline using Baker flow pattern chart and Baker parameter model, and judges two-phase flow regime. Finds that water hammer will probably happen when the flow regime becomes cylindrical as steam flow drops, and the flow at this point is called the minimum safe flow. Through the theoretical calculation of a saturated steam pipeline example in the model, finds the distribution law of Baker parameters with the change of steam flow, and obtains the calculation method for the minimum safe flow of saturated steam. Based on the correlation characteristics of Baker parameter curve with the factors such as saturated steam characteristics, pipe diameter, insulation material, drain and so on, proposes the measures avoiding water hammer in saturated steam pipeline as steam flow drops.
