上海市星级饭店建筑能耗对标与修正研究*
Energy consumption benchmarking and correction of star hotels in Shanghai
摘要：
对比了GB/T 51161—2016《民用建筑能耗标准》与上海市地方标准DB 31/T551—2011《星级饭店建筑合理用能指南》中入住率和客房规模与能耗指标的修正关系。基于2015—2017年上海市不同星级饭店相关数据，分析得出：适合该市星级饭店的建筑能耗指标与入住率和客房规模均呈正相关；入住率修正基准调整为65%更切合实际；客房套数密度与客房区面积占比呈正相关，但客房套数密度更易获取。
Abstract：
Compares the correction relationship between occupancy rate and guest room size and energy consumption index in the standard of GB/T 51161-2016 Standard for energy consumption of building and Shanghai local guideline of DB 31/T551-2011 Rational use of building energy guide for star hotels. Based on the relevant data of different star hotels in Shanghai from 2015 to 2017, the analysis shows that the building energy consumption index suitable for star hotels in Shanghai is positively correlated with occupancy rate and room size. The adjustment of occupancy rate correction benchmark to 65% is more practical. The number density of guest rooms is positively correlated with the proportion of room area, but the number density of guest rooms is obtained easily.
