数据中心空调系统新风节能设计研究

摘要:

通过研究数据中心空气处理过程,对比分析了常见的数据中心与温湿度独立控制数据中心的空气处理过程,并计算了2种空气处理过程精密空调的能耗。计算结果表明,对于温湿度独立控制数据中心的空气处理过程,虽然增加了新风的处理能耗,但可以有效减少精密空调的除湿与再热能耗,具有较大的节能潜力。对于大型数据中心的空调系统,采用温湿度独立控制的新风节能设计,具有较大的节能意义。

Abstract:

Through the research on air handling processes of data center, compares and analyses the air handling processes of the common data center and the temperature and humidity independent processed data center in detail, and calculates the energy consumption of the two kinds of air handling processes for computer room air conditioning. The calculation results show that, the air handling process with temperature and humidity independent processed can effectively reduce the dehumidification and reheat energy consumption of computer room air conditioning, with huge energy saving potential, although the energy consumption of outdoor air processing is increased. For the large-scale data center air conditioning system, the outdoor air energy saving design with temperature and humidity independent processed has great energy saving significance.
