玻璃幕墙建筑冬季室内热环境常见问题分析*
Common problems of indoor thermal environment in glass curtain wall buildings in winter

玻璃幕墙建筑外围护结构的热工性能和光学性能对室内环境的热舒适性有较大影响。基于笔者团队完成的玻璃幕墙建筑变风量集中空调系统诊断调试工程实例,梳理出该类建筑室内热环境冬季常见的问题有室内过热、冷热不均和室内过冷。从建筑负荷特性、空调系统设计运行及幕墙施工工艺3个方面分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了防止措施,供相关设计、施工、运行人员参考。
Abstract:
The thermal performance and optical performance of the exterior envelope of glass curtain wall buildings have a great influence on the thermal comfort of indoor environment. Based on the examples of the diagnosis and commissioning of variable air volume central air conditioning system of glass curtain wall buildings completed by the authors team, sorts out the common problems of indoor thermal environment in winter, including indoor overheating, uneven heating and cooling, and indoor overcooling. Analyses the causes of the problems from three aspects: building load characteristics, design and operation of air conditioning system and curtain wall construction technology, and proposes the solutions, providing references for relevant design, construction and operation personnel.
