既有建筑室内环境综合改造及效果分析——以某医疗建筑为例*

摘要:

以某医疗建筑为例,将“十三五”国家重点研发计划“既有公共建筑室内物理环境改善关键技术研究与示范”课题所形成的关键技术方法和改造思路予以示范应用。通过对既有建筑室内热湿环境、声环境、光环境、空气品质等方面现状进行调研测试,剖析了室内环境所存在的关键问题。分析了影响室内气流组织、室内噪声、室内PM2.5污染等问题的关键要素和改造技术原理,形成了针对性的技术改造方案和运行管理建议,总结了既有建筑室内环境改造的步骤和思路。通过理论计算和模拟的方法对项目的改造效果进行了分析。

Abstract:

Takes a medical building as an example to demonstrate the key technical renovation methods formed by the “13th Five-Year Plan” national key R & D plan “Research and demonstration of key technologies for indoor physical environment improvement in public buildings”. Through investigation and test on the current status of indoor thermal and humidity environment, noise environment, light environment and air quality in existing buildings, analyses the key issues in the indoor environment. Forms a targeted technical transformation plan and operational management recommendations by analysing the key factors and renovation technology principles affecting indoor air distribution, noise and PM2.5 pollution. Summarizes the steps and ideas for the indoor environment renovation of existing buildings. Analyses the renovation effect of the project by the theoretical calculation and simulation method.
