针对现有热适应研究存在的问题，提出新的热适应研究理论模型与方法，并在我国湿热地区应用，验证了新的理论模型与方法的有效性，初步揭示了受试人群的热适应特征。

Abstract：
Aimed the problem existing in thermal adaptation research, puts forward a new thermal adaptation research model and a related method, applying them to hot-humid areas in China. Validates their effectiveness. And reveals the adaptive characteristics of the tested people to some extent.
