Clean air delivery rate enhancement of air purifier by booster fans
摘要:
按照国家标准的实验测试方法,采用30 m3的实验舱,研究了助推风扇对空气净化器洁净空气量(CADR)的提升原理。结果表明,助推风扇通过提升自身的空气量来提升空气净化器的CADR。在对实验结果可靠性分析过程中发现,当接近能测试上限的CADR值时,应当选用合适的稀释器,建议明确规定稀释倍数不应大于5.5倍。

Abstract:
According to the experimental test method provided by national standard, studies the principle of enhancing the air purifier’s clean air delivery rate (CADR)by the booster fan in a 30 cubic meter chamber. The results show that the booster fan enhances the CADR of the air purifier by increasing its own air volume. At the same time, the reliability analysis of experimental results shows that when approaching the test upper limit of CADR, a suitable diluter should be selected. Recommends no more than 5.5 times of the dilution ratio.
