制冷剂过冷热量再利用热回收式空调机组空气处理方法及能效
Air handling method and energy efficiency of a heat recovery type air conditioning unit using refrigerant sub-cooling heat

提出了一种利用热泵制冷剂过冷所放热量作为露点送风再热及室外新风预热热源,同时利用热泵回收室内排风能量的空调机组。综合分析了该热回收式空调机组构造、热泵工作原理、空调过程及技术特点,并结合工程实例对其能效进行了分析计算。结果表明,该空调机组夏、冬季性能分别提高11.4%和26.1%,节能效果明显。
Abstract:
Presents a new type of air handling unit, which reheats dew-point temperature air in summer and preheats outdoor air in winter using refrigerant sub-cooling energy of heat pump, and recovers the waste heat of exhaust air by the heat pump. Comprehensively analyses the unit constitution, heat pump working principle, air conditioning process and technical characteristics of the heat recovery air conditioning unit. With an engineering example, analyses and calculates the energy efficiency. The results show that the performance of the air conditioning unit is improved by 11.4% and 26.1% in summer and winter, respectively, with the significant energy saving effect.
