偏热环境下利用音乐改善人体舒适度及工作效率的试验研究*
Experimental study on improving human comfort and work efficiency with music in hot environment
摘要:
对20名健康并长期处于办公环境的青年男性在环境模拟舱内分别进行了偏热环境下无声和乐音测试,研究了音乐类型、音乐节奏及声压级对热感觉和声感觉、烦躁感及工作情绪的影响,得出了各音乐因素的较优组合。对比了无声环境与音乐环境对工作记忆效率的影响,通过不同记忆水平下各音乐因素的显著性分析,得到影响正确率和反应时间的主要因素。
Abstract:
Tests twenty healthy young men who long-time working in office buildings in an environment simulation cabin with the silent condition or the music environment. Studies the effects of music type, music rhythm and sound pressure level on thermal and harmonic sensations, restless feeling and work mood, and obtains the optimal combination of the music factors. Compares the effects of silent environment and music environment on the efficiency of working memory. Through the significant analysis of music factors at different memory levels, obtains the main factors affecting the accuracy and reaction time.
