基于水泵特性曲线在线辨识的空调水系统流量监测方法*
HVAC water flow monitoring method based on online identification of pump characteristic curve
摘要:
从水泵动力特性入手,利用最小二乘法拟合得到了功率-流量特性曲线和扬程-流量特性曲线。利用拟合结果在12种不同水泵运行频率与供水温度工况下进行了试验。结果表明,利用扬程-流量特性曲线辨识水流量误差最小,约为10%。该方法既避免切割管路,又减少了设备投入,同时可以直接通过压差传感器实现对系统水流量与热量的在线辨识。
Abstract:
Based on the dynamic characteristics of the pump, fits the power-flow and head-flow characteristic curves by the least square method. Carries out a flow test under 12 working conditions with different pump operating frequencies and supply water temperatures using the fitting results. The results show that the error of using head-flow characteristic curve to identify water flow is the smallest, with about 10%. The method not only avoids the influence of cutting the original pipeline, but also reduces the equipment input of the flow sensor, and can directly realize the online identification of the system water flow and heat through the differential pressure sensor.
