复合活性炭滤芯对甲醛吸附效率的衰减特性*

摘要:

通过连续加载实验,研究了复合活性炭滤芯对甲醛吸附效率的衰减特性,建立了洁净空气量(CADR)与甲醛累积吸附量的函数关系。通过对单层滤芯的穿透实验,探究了外部条件(入口浓度、滤速)对衰减速率的影响。实验结果表明:所测滤网的CADR随累积吸附量指数衰减,吸附量达155 mg时,CADR衰减至初始值的50%;以累积吸附量为自变量时,甲醛浓度对吸附效率衰减速度无显著影响,而滤速过高将导致活性炭外层表面甲醛快速累积,从而加快吸附效率衰减。

Abstract:

Tests the attenuation characteristics of a composite activated carbon filter for formaldehyde adsorption efficiency by the continuous loading method. Establishes the correlation between the clean air delivery rate (CADR)  and the cumulative adsorbed mass (CAM) of formaldehyde. Analyses the influence of the testing conditions (influent concentration, filtration velocity) on the attenuation rate by the penetration tests on single-layer filter segments. The results show that the filter’s CADR decays exponentially with the CAM. The CADR decays to 50% of its initial value when the CAM reaches 155 mg. When the CAM is taken as an independent variable, the formaldehyde concentration has no significant effect on the decay rate of adsorption efficiency. But very high filtration rate will lead to the rapid accumulation of formaldehyde on the outer surface of activated carbon, which accelerating the attenuation of adsorption efficiency.
