电动热泵与蓄热组合实现低温回水实验研究*

摘要:

现有城镇集中供热管网输送能力有限与供热需求增加的矛盾日益突出。提出了一种电动热泵与蓄热装置联用的换热站系统,该系统可以将一次网回水温度降低到20 ℃,相同流量下一次网供回水温度120 ℃/20 ℃相比常规集中供热系统供回水温度120 ℃/60 ℃时输送能力提升66.7%。而且,该热力站中电动热泵仅在夜间谷电期间运行,相比纯电动热泵方式运行费用显著降低;较低的一次网回水温度有利于回收集中供热热源中锅炉烟气余热或者热电联产乏汽余热等低品位热量,从而显著降低集中供热系统的能耗。

Abstract:

The contradiction between the limited transmission capacity of the existing urban central heating network and the increase of heating demand is increasingly prominent. Presents a heat exchange station system with electric heat pump and heat storage device that can reduce the return water temperature of the primary network to 20 ℃, and the delivery capacity of the primary network at 120 ℃/20 ℃ at the same flow rate is 66.7% higher than that of the conventional central heating system at 120 ℃/60 ℃. Moreover, the electric heat pump in the thermal power station only operates during the off load period at night, which significantly reduces the operating cost compared with the single electric heat pump mode. The lower return water temperature of the primary network is conducive to the recovery of low-grade heat, such as boiler flue gas waste heat or cogeneration exhaust steam waste heat in the central heating heat source, so as to significantly reduce the energy consumption of the central heating system.
