基于正交试验法的地下水-海水复合热泵系统运行优化

Operation optimization of a hybrid water-source heat pump system of groundwater combined with seawater based on orthogonal experiment method

摘要:

结合天津港某实际工程,给出了水源热泵机组的数学模型并对其进行了试验验证。结果表明,模拟结果和试验结果的误差在允许范围内,该数学模型可用于计算和预测机组的运行特性。在该模型基础上,应用正交试验方法,对该地下水-海水复合热泵系统的全年运行策略进行了优化。结果表明,最佳运行策略为:供热季海水温度高于8 ℃时间段内,单独采用海水源热泵供热,其余时间段采用地下水源热泵供热;供冷季海水温度低于6 ℃时,单独采用海水源热泵系统供冷,其余时段采用海水源热泵和地下水源热泵联合供冷;冷热源侧水泵采用变频调节。该运行策略下,冷热不平衡率为3.57%,基本不会对浅层地能产生影响。

Abstract:

Combining with an actual project in Tianjin port, presents the mathematic model of the water-source heat pump unit and performs the experimental verification. The results show that the simulation results and experiment results are in good agreement, and the model can be used to obtain and forecast the operation characteristics of the units. Bases on the model, optimizes the annual operation strategy of the hybrid heat pump system by orthogonal experiment method. The optimized operation strategy is that during the heating period, the seawater-source heat pump system operates singly when the seawater temperature is higher than 8 , and the groundwater heat pump system operates in the other times; and during the cooling peiod, the seawater-source heat pump system operates singly when the seawater temperature is lower than 6 , and the hybrid water-source heat pump system operates in the other times. Water pumps with variable frequency are used on the cooling/heating water pipeline. For the optimal operation strategy, the imbalance ratio between the cooling and the heating load is 3.57%, satisfying the demand of design standard.
