摘要：
介绍了国产化生物安全四级模式实验室的平面布局、自控系统及气密性检测结果，详细介绍了袋进袋出高效空气过滤单元、活毒废水处理系统、生物安全型双扉高压灭菌器、充气式气密门、机械压紧式气密门、气密性传递窗、化学淋浴系统等关键防护设备的性能。该实验室满足国家相关标准对工况转换和气密性的要求，提高了我国生物安全实验室的自主保障能力。
Abstract：
Presents the layout, automatic control system and air tightness test results of a domestic biosafety level-4 simulation laboratory. Presents the performances of critical protective equipment such as bag-in/bag-out filter housing, live poison wastewater treatment system, biosafety double-door high-pressure sterilizer, inflatable air tight door, mechanically compressed air tight door, air tight transfer window, chemical shower system and so on in detail. The laboratory can meet the requirements of the relevant national standards on condition conversion and air tightness, which improves the independent guarantee ability of the biosafety laboratory in China.
