摘要：
介绍了生物安全型高效空气过滤装置的发展概况。总结了我国生物安全型高效空气过滤装置的发展历程和取得的成果。结合对国外标准的分析，重点探讨了高效空气过滤器原位检漏与原位消毒的技术发展及高效空气过滤器更换前进行消毒效果验证的必要性，并为GB 19489后续修订提出了建议。

Abstract：
Presents the development of biosafety high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter devices. Summarizes the development history and achievements of biosafety HEPA filter devices in China. Based on the analysis of foreign standards, mainly discusses the technical development of in-situ leak detection and in-situ sterilizing of HEPA filters and the necessity of verifying the sterilizing effect of HEPA filters before replacement, and puts forward suggestions for the subsequent revision of GB 19489.
