地铁车站水冷直接制冷式空调机组性能测试研究*

摘要:

通过对水冷直接制冷式空调机组的各项性能实验,测试了样机综合部分负荷性能系数,分析了各主要因素对机组性能参数和状态参数的影响规律,结果表明:机组的迎面风速与蒸发器湿球温度换热效率呈负相关;机组压缩机及风机的转速变化对机组的制冷量及能效比影响较大。

Abstract:

Through the performance experiments of water-cooled direct-expansion air conditioning unit, tests the integrated part load value of the prototype, analyses the influence of the main factors on the performance and state parameters of the unit. The results show that there is a negative correlation between the head-on wind speed of the unit and the heat exchange efficiency of wet-bulb temperature of the evaporator. The change of the compressor speed and fan speed has a great impact on the refrigeration capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the unit.
