广州某高校自习教室使用情况调查及其对教学楼能耗的影响分析

以广州某高校自习教室为研究对象,对自习教室的人数、满座率等情况进行了现场调查,并测量了空调季节自习教室的温湿度。对自习教室使用情况下教学楼的建筑能耗进行了分析。基于该校大学生的自习习惯的问卷调查结果,提出了自习教室使用策略,分析了自习教室使用策略对教学楼能耗的影响。得出如下结论:教学楼全年自习人数偏少,自习教室满座率低,教学楼建筑能耗中空调能耗是主体,占62.88%,空调季节自习教室存在温湿度偏高的情况。自习教室的使用策略对教学楼建筑能耗影响很大,相对于现有自习教室使用情况,3种使用策略的节能率分别为36.49%,32.07%,27.95%。

Abstract:

 Investigates the occupants and full-house ratios of self-study classrooms in a teaching building of a university in Guangzhou and measures the indoor temperature and humidity in cooling season. Analyses the building energy consumption of the university teaching building with the existing use strategy of self-study classrooms. Proposes the new use strategies of self-study classrooms based on the self-study habits survey results of the university students and analyses the impacts of use strategies on building energy consumption of the university teaching building. The investigation results show that the occupants of self-study classrooms are insufficient with low full-house ratios. The air conditioning energy consumption accounts for 62.88% of total building energy consumption of the university teaching building, with higher indoor temperature and humidity than the allowable values. The impacts of use strategies on energy consumption of the university teaching building are significant. Compared with the existing use strategy, the energy saving ratio of the three new strategies are 36.49%, 32.07% and 27.95%, respectively.
