动力分布式通风系统支路风量偏移测试与分析*

摘要:

对动力分布式通风系统各支路在不同入口静压下的风量进行了测试,结果显示,相同转速下支路风机的风量随入口静压的增大而增大,部分情况下支路风机起阻碍作用。对该现象进行了分析,并推导出支路设计风量偏移的表达式,揭示了影响风量偏移的因素为支路阻力特性、支路风机性能及支路进口压力比,并提出了支路设计风量偏移的图解分析方法。

Abstract:

Tests the air rate of each branch of dynamic distributed ventilation system at different inlet static pressure. The results show that the air rate of branch fan increases with the increasing of branch inlet static pressure at the same fan speed, as well as the branch fan plays a role of hindering the air rate in some cases. Analyses this phenomenon, deduces a theoretical expression of the branch design air rate migration, and reveals that the factors affecting the air rate migration are the branch resistance characteristics, the branch fan performance and the branch inlet pressure ratio. Proposes a graphic analysis method of branch design air rate migration.
