集中空调冷却水系统变流量控制算法适用性研究*
Applicability of variable flow control algorithm for cooling water system of central air conditioning
摘要:
介绍了冷却水变流量模糊控制算法与PI控制算法的原理。针对冷却水定温差控制系统,通过试验比较了这2种控制算法的应用效果,对其适用性进行了研究。结果表明:冷却水系统PI控制算法结构简单,仅需要合理的PI参数设置即可实现控制且控制精度较高,但是PI控制不具有自适应性,水泵调节频率较高;模糊控制算法系统收敛迅速,曲线平滑波动小,水泵调节频率较低,但是控制精度不高;在实际应用中,应综合考虑用户对系统动态性能、稳态性能及稳态误差的要求选择控制算法。
Abstract:
Presents the principles of variable flow fuzzy control algorithm and PI control algorithm for cooling water. Compares the application effects of the two control algorithms in the cooling water constant temperature difference system by experiments, and studies their applicability.The results show that the PI control algorithm of the cooling water system is simple in structure, and can achieve control and the high control precision only by reasonable PI parameter setting, but PI control is not good at adaptability, and the adjustment rate of water pump is high. The fuzzy control algorithm system converges quickly, the curve is smooth and the fluctuation is small, the adjustment rate of water pump is low, but the control precision is not high. In practical application, the control algorithm should be selected according to the requirements of users on dynamic performance, steady state performance and steady state error of the system.
