数据中心冷却系统降噪工程案例分析

某数据中心因建设初期忽略了冷却塔对周边居民的噪声污染,需实施降噪改造工程,但降噪会导致冷却塔热力性能下降。通过对冷却塔降噪前后的热力性能进行详细测试和论证,确定了降噪工程对冷却塔热力性能带来的影响,降噪后的冷却塔有效冷却能力比降噪前降低约0.3%,可见降噪后能够保障机房有效冷却能力。提出了保障冷却塔后期安全可靠和高效运行的建议。
Abstract:
Due to the neglect of the noise pollution of the cooling tower to the surrounding residents in the early stage of the construction of a data center, it is necessary to implement the noise reduction reconstruction project, but the noise reduction will lead to the thermal performance decline of the cooling tower. Through the detailed test and demonstration of the thermodynamic performance of the cooling tower before and after noise reduction, determines the influence of the noise reduction project on the thermal performance of the cooling tower. The effective cooling capacity of the cooling tower after noise reduction is about 0.3% lower than that before noise reduction. It can be seen that after noise reduction, the effective cooling capacity of the data center can be guaranteed. Puts forward some suggestions to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the cooling tower in the later stage.
