目前国内工程建设领域设计-采购-施工（EPC）模式和设计-采购-施工管理（EPCM）模式的应用越来越多，工程师除了要负责项目设计外，还要负责对采购的技术支持。介绍了暖通空调工程师设备采购的工作重点和主要流程，包括编制采购文件、技术澄清、技术标评价、供应商文件审核等。

Abstract：
EPC model and EPCM model are more and more used in domestic engineering construction field. For engineers, they should be in charge of technical support for purchase in addition to project design. Presents the key point and work flow of equipment purchase for HVAC engineers, including compiling purchase document, technical clarifications, technical bid evaluation and supplier’s document examination.
