Optimization of air supply parameters in drying room of pig transport trucks
摘要:
阐述了Ⅰ,Ⅱ型烘干房的结构特点和烘干原理,依据Ⅰ型烘干房的实际送风参数,通过理论分析和CFD数值模拟计算,对Ⅱ型烘干房送风工艺参数进行了优化研究。结果表明:Ⅱ型烘干房送风温度为80 ℃、耳房侧送风速度为2.0 m/s时,烘干区域温度、速度满足烘干要求,流场均匀性较好,温升时间内能耗成本为71.41元,相比研究范围内最差的送风方案,能耗成本减少8.3%。
Abstract:
Presents the structural characteristics and drying principle of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ drying rooms. According to the actual air supply parameters of type Ⅰ drying room, optimizes the air supply process parameters of type Ⅱ drying room by theoretical analysis and CFD numerical simulation calculation. The results show that when the air supply temperature of type Ⅱ drying room is 80 ℃ and the air supply velocity on the side room is 2.0 m/s, the temperature and velocity of drying area can meet the requirements of drying, the uniformity of flow field is good, and the cost of energy consumption is 71.41 yuan in the time of temperature rise. Compared with the worst air supply scheme in the research range, the cost of energy consumption is reduced by 8.3%.
