太阳能+空气源热泵热水机组系统数学模型构建与分析*
Mathematical model construction and analysis of combined solar energy and air-source heat pump hot water unit system
摘要:
在前人研究的基础上提出了一种耦合太阳能的新型空气源热泵热水机组系统模型,着重修正了蒸发器部件模型,提出了蒸发器冬季结霜修正模型(包括霜层高度和霜层有效导热系数计算模型),并为蒸发器室外机引入了空间辐射修正和落尘修正,提高了模型可靠性。该系统模型计算结果与实测结果的误差小于5%,具有较好的精度。太阳能涂层可有效吸收太阳辐射能量,提高蒸发器表面温度,保持耦合系统运行稳定,使其有较好的制热性能。
Abstract:
Based on the previous studies, proposes a mathematical model of a new air-source heat pump hot water unit system coupled with solar energy. In this model, revises an evaporator components to improve the reliability of the model, proposes the evaporator winter frost correction model (including the frost layer height and the frost layer effective thermal conductivity calculation models), and introduces the space radiation correction and dust reduction correction for the evaporator outdoor unit. The error between the calculated results of the system model and the measured results is less than 5%, which shows the better calculation accuracy. The solar energy coating can effectively absorb the solar radiation energy, improve the surface temperature of the evaporator and keep the stable operation of the coupling system, so that the coupling system has better heating performance.
