公共建筑空调系统运行调适方法研究(2):二级泵多级板式换热器水系统*
Research on commissioning method of air conditioning systems in public buildings (2): Secondary water pump system with multistage plate heat exchanger
摘要:
通过对我国夏热冬暖地区一栋超高层公共建筑二级泵多级板式换热器水系统的运行调适,总结了多级板式换热器水系统和二级泵系统在实际运行过程中需要注意的关键环节和行之有效的调适方法——从末端实际供冷需求出发,通过合理设定自控参数,精准匹配末端水温、水量需求,避免过量供冷的同时,降低冷水系统输送能耗,实现空调系统的节能运行。
Abstract:
Through commissioning of secondary water pump system with multistage plate heat exchanger in a super high-rise public building in hot summer and warm winter zone in China, summarizes the key links and effective adjustment methods in the actual operation of the secondary water pump system with multistage plate heat exchanger, starting from the actual terminals cooling demand, reducing the energy consumption of the cooling water system while avoiding excessive cooling by setting reasonable automatic control parameters and accurately matching the water temperature and water demand of terminals, so as to realize the energy saving operation of the air conditioning system.
