表冷器及其温控调节阀在空调变流量冷水系统中的应用

摘要:
通过对既有研究结论的分析,指出表冷器相对供冷量与相对流量之间的静特性函数及温控调节阀相对流量与开度之间的调节特性函数在实际工程中几乎不可能恰好是一对反函数,对表冷器静特性与温控调节阀理想特性进行反向补偿以得到表冷器相对供冷量与温控调节阀开度的线性比例关系在理论上和实践中都难以实现,也毫无必要。提出了在实际工程应用中可对温控调节阀采用基于通断控制策略的水力平衡解决方案。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the existing research conclusions, points out that the static characteristic function between the relative cooling capacity and the relative flow rate of surface cooler and the regulating characteristic function between the relative flow rate and the opening of the temperature control valve are almost impossible to be exactly a pair of inverse functions in practical engineering, and it is difficult and unnecessary to reverse compensate the static characteristics of the surface cooler and the ideal characteristics of the temperature control valve in order to obtain the linear proportional relationship between the relative cooling capacity of the surface cooler and the opening of the temperature control valve in theory and practice. Proposes a hydraulic balance solution based on (0, hg) on-off control strategy for temperature control valve in practical engineering application.
