摘要:

 高效绿色智慧建筑理念包括低能耗建筑设计、先进的高效节能集成技术及建筑智慧化管理系统。其中,高效集中空调系统高能效结果的达成需要从设计、施工、调适、运维全程进行精细化把关和服务。空调主机生产商可以从冷量的生产源头出发对系统进行全面的优化,将M-BMS多智能体自适应节能控制系统融合在经过精细化设计及调试后的高效暖通空调系统中,使暖通与自控无缝集成,智能化节能运行,保障项目的实施效果。通过建筑智慧化监控平台深挖建筑节能潜力并平衡建筑空间舒适性,实现建筑的智慧化运营,形成一个绿色、高效、舒适、便利的智慧建筑环境。

Abstract:

The concept of high efficient green smart building includes low energy consumption building design, advanced integrated high efficient energy saving technology and smart building management system. The realization of an high efficient central air conditioning system needs to be checked and served detailed from the whole process of design, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance. Optimizes the system comprehensively from the production source of cooling capacity, and integrates the M-BMS multi-agent self-organized energy saving control system into the refined and optimized HVAC system. The seamless combination of HVAC and automatic control system ensures the implementation of the intelligent energy saving operation. The intelligent operation of the building can be realized by fully releasing the building energy efficiency potential and balancing the comfort of the building spaces through an intelligent monitoring platform, so as to form a green, efficient, comfortable and convenient smart building environment.
