固体蓄热电锅炉循环风机低转速运行存在的问题及其对策
Problems and countermeasures of solid heat storage electric boiler circulating fans running at low speed
摘要:
针对某公司生产的240 kW固体蓄热电锅炉在使用过程中出现的电加热丝损坏问题,进行了冷态流速测量实验,并采用克里斯琴森均匀系数CU对锅炉的气流组织均匀性进行了评价,排除了因气流组织不均匀造成电加热丝损坏的可能性。对锅炉均风室和换热风道进行了二维数值模拟,得到了电加热丝损坏的原因,分析了固体蓄热电锅炉循环风机低转速运行存在的相关问题,确定了循环风机运行频率的安全值。
Abstract:
Aiming at the damage of electric heating wire of a 240 kW solid heat storage electric boiler occurred in operation, carries out a cold state velocity measurement experiment, and evaluates the uniformity of the air distribution in the boiler by the CU value that reflecting the uniformity of the heat exchanger ducts, excluding the damage possibility of electric heating wire due to non-uniform air distribution. Carries out a two-dimensional numerical simulation of boiler equalizing chamber and heat exchange duct, obtains the cause of damage of the electric heating wire, analyses the problems of low speed operation of circulating fan in solid heat storage electric boiler, and determines the safety value of circulating fan operating frequency.
