地铁站通风空调系统节能改造方案研究
Study on energy saving reform scheme of ventilation and air conditioning system in underground railway station
摘要:
为降低地铁站通风空调系统能耗,对某市地铁1号线车站公共区通风空调系统、环控机房通风系统提出了节能改造方案。经过分析计算得到:车站小端公共区空调系统可改造为单风机系统,以减少回排风机、小新风机运行能耗;车站环控机房通风系统既有双速风机低速运行时能耗较大,将其更换为配置YDT型专用电动机的双速风机可明显降低运行能耗。
Abstract:
In order to reduce energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning system in underground railway stations, proposes an energy saving reform scheme for the ventilation and air conditioning system and the ventilation system of environmental control room in the public area of an underground railway station in line 1 of a city. Through analysis and calculation, concludes that the air conditioning system in the small-end public area of the station can be transformed into a single fan system to reduce the operation energy consumption of the return and exhaust fan and the small outdoor air handling unit, the energy consumption of the existing two-speed fan in the ventilation system of the station environmental control room is high when running at low speed, so replacing with a two-speed fan equipped with YDT special motor can reduce the operation energy consumption obviously.
