风阀传统工艺原理改进

摘要:

百叶风阀作为暖通工程中常用的基础装置,其技术原理是通过转动百叶的角度实现阀门的启闭与调节功能。而今实现相同功能的技术手段已不再唯一,柔性材料也能作为阻风材料,进而衍生出柔性风阀。从百叶风阀的原理出发,结合风阀功能需求进行分析,从风阀的结构设计和阻风材料的使用方面着手,阐述了柔性风阀在有效通风面积和密封性能方面的特点,为风阀的传统工艺原理改进提供了一种途径。

Abstract:

 The louver damper is a common basic device in HVAC engineering, its technical principle is to realize the opening and closing and regulating function by changing the angle of the shutter. Now, the technology is diversified to achieve the same function, such as flexible materials can also be used as wind blocking material, then the flexible air damper is derived. Based on the principle of louver damper, analyses the functional requirements of air damper.  Describes the characteristics of flexible air damper in effective ventilation area and tightness performance from the aspects of structural design of air damper and the use of the wind blocking material, which provides an alternative way for improving the traditional process principle of air damper.
