单元式直接蒸发冷却空调在西安某交通岗亭的应用*

摘要:

在供冷季对应用于西安某交通岗亭改进后的单元式直接蒸发冷却空调的实际使用效果进行了实测。测试结果表明,当室外干球温度为40 ℃时,出风口温度可维持在29 ℃左右,平均湿球效率为65.68%,耗水量为5.85 kg/h。并与制冷量3 500 W、耗功率960 W的分体式空调进行了对比分析。结果表明:该空调运行费用仅为分体式空调的1/8;该空调单台每年可减排CO2 290.304 kg,SO2 1 536.192 g,NOx 133.056 g,节省标准煤244.34 kg;其能效比为29.8。该空调在经济效益和环保效益方面比分体式空调具有明显优势,为一线工作者提供了一种实用且经济的降温方式。

Abstract:

 In a cooling season, measures and analyses the actual application effect of a unitary direct evaporative cooling air conditioner used in a traffic control booth in Xian. The test results show that when the outdoor dry bulb temperature is 40 ℃, the outlet air temperature can be maintained at about 29 ℃, the average wet bulb efficiency is 65.68%, and the water consumption is 5.85 kg/h. Compares this conditioner with a split air conditioner with cooling capacity of 3 500 W and power consumption of 960 W. The results show that the operating cost of the unitary air conditioner is only 1/8 of that of the split air conditioner. The air conditioner can reduce CO2 of 290.304 kg, SO2 of 1 536.192 g and NOx of 133.056 g per year and saves 244.34 kg of standard coal, with energy efficiency ratio of 29.8%. The unitary air conditioner has obvious advantages of economic and environmental protection benefits comparing with the split air conditioner, which provides a practical and economical cooling method for front-line workers.
