严寒地区火炕农宅冬季睡眠环境热舒适研究*

摘要:

 对黑龙江省某农村29户农宅冬季睡眠环境进行了现场测试和主观问卷调查,并连续跟踪测试了其中2户4位居民睡眠期间的皮肤温度。得到了火炕农宅睡眠环境热舒适评价模型和人体各部位舒适的皮肤温度,进行了热适应分析。结果表明:严寒地区火炕农宅冬季睡眠环境的平均室温为12.8 ℃,但受试者睡眠质量较高,并且绝大多数受试者对所处环境表示满意;农宅受试者感觉舒适时的皮肤温度略高于城市集中供暖环境中居民的皮肤温度,这主要是由于火炕+被褥微气候环境温度较高。农宅采用火炕供暖的形式,有助于在村民身体周围营造一个温暖的睡眠微气候环境。

Abstract:

 Carries out a field test and subjective questionnaire survey on the winter sleeping environment in 29 rural houses in a village of Heilongjiang province. Continuously tests the skin temperature of 4 residents in 2 households during sleep. Obtains the model of thermal comfort evaluation for the sleeping environment in rural houses with heated kang and the comfortable skin temperature of various parts of the human bodies, and carries out a thermal adaptation analysis. The results show that the mean indoor air temperature in winter sleeping environment in rural houses with heated kang is 12.8 ℃. However, the sleep quality of the subjects is high, and most of them are satisfied with the environment. Compared to urban subjects, the skin temperatures of rural subjects are slightly higher at the same comfortable level, which is mainly due to a high temperature microenvironment of heated kang and bedding. The heating system of heated kang applied to rural houses helps to create a warm sleeping microenvironment around the villagers’ bodies.
