重庆市某办公建筑节能改造方案与节能量分析
Energy saving retrofit scheme and energy saving rate of an office building in Chongqing

以重庆市某办公建筑为例,计算了分项能耗值,通过对照明系统、空调系统、动力系统及其他系统的节能诊断,设计了节能改造方案,并计算了节能量。通过计算得出,该项目的改造节能率为21.45%。经济性分析结果表明,静态投资回收期为6.28 a,考虑政府补贴后,投资回收期为3.3 a。测试结果表明,节能膜+节能外窗的改造方式节能效果显著,并且施工影响较小。
Abstract:
Taking an office building in Chongqing as an example, calculates the subentry energy consumption values. Based on the energy saving diagnosis of lighting system, air conditioning system, power system and others, presents the energy saving retrofit scheme. Calculation result shows that the energy saving rate of the project is 21.45%. The economic analysis shows that the static investment payback period is 6.28 year without government subsidies and 3.3 years with government subsidies. The test results show that the scheme of the high efficient external window with energy saving membrane has a significant energy saving effect, with small impact on the construction.
