大型区域CCHP系统在复杂影响因素下的运行优化研究

以上海某区域能源中心CCHP系统为研究对象,一次能源消耗量、运行费为优化指标,对比分析了日总供冷量60 MW·h时的实测数据和日总供冷量分别为330,600 MW·h时的理论计算数据,结果表明:当前60 MW·h时运行模式的优化潜力非常显著;天然气价格是影响运行费用的关键因素;能源消耗最少与运行费用最低无法同时实现,后者优化潜力较大;日总供冷量越低,可选择的运行组合越多,节能潜力也越大。为实现大型CCHP系统以全年逐日负荷为基础的优化调控,亟需发展具有负荷预测功能的智慧控制系统。
Abstract:
Taking the CCHP system of a district energy center in Shanghai as the research object and the primary energy consumption and operation cost as optimization indexes, compares and analyses the measured data at the daily total cooling capacity of 60 MW·h and theoretical calculation data at 330 MW·h and 600 MW·h. The results show that the optimal potential of the current 60 MW·h operation mode is very significant; the natural gas price is the key factor affecting the operation cost; the least energy consumption and the lowest operation cost can not be realized simultaneously, and the latter has greater optimal potential; the lower the daily total cooling load, the more the optional operation combination and the higher the saving potential. In order to realize the optimal regulation of large-scale CCHP system based on annual daily load, developing an intelligent control system with load forecasting function is necessary.
