北京某地源热泵工程运行分析*

摘要:

对北京某地源热泵项目的运行工况进行了监测,分析了土壤温度、空调侧及地源侧供回水温度、耗电量、每延米换热量等参数的变化。测试结果显示:土壤温度随运行时间的变化具有明显的季节性,在(15±10) ℃内波动,系统运行较稳定;冬、夏季每延米换热量的平均值分别约为40 W/m和66 W/m;冬季供热耗电量约占全年总耗电量的41.2%;项目平均每年节省327.18 t标准煤;在寒冷地区使用地源热泵系统节能效果及经济效益显著。

Abstract:

 Monitors the operating conditions of a ground-source heat pump project in Beijing, and analyses the changes of soil temperature, supply and return water temperature in air conditioning side and ground side, power consumption and heat transfer capacity per meter. The test results show that the soil temperature varies seasonally with the running time, fluctuating within (15±10) ℃, and the system runs steadily. The average heat transfer capacity per meter in winter and summer is about 40 W/m and 66 W/m, respectively. The heating consumption in winter is about 41.2% of the total consumption in the whole year. The project can save an average standard coal of 327.18 t per year, and the energy saving effect and economic benefits of ground-source heat pump system in cold zones are remarkable.
