将溶液热回收原理应用到卷烟厂（卷接包车间）工艺排风能量热回收系统中。详细阐述了该工程中溶液热回收系统的结构、流程及系统特点。该系统实现了在南方地区通过能量转换回收热量来对空调新风进行预冷。分析了工程的优点及不足，为工程应用中出现的类似问题提供参考。

Abstract：
Applies the solution heat recovery theory to the technical exhaust air heat recovery system of the cigarette factory. Presents the structure, procedure and features of the solution heat recovery system. The system recovers energy to pre-cool the fresh air of air conditioning by energy transformation in south of China. Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the project, providing reference for solving the similar problems in engineering applications.
