表冷器湿工况传热性能的简化预测方法

Simplified prediction method for heat transfer performance of air coolers under wet-cooling conditions

摘要:

 基于表面平均温度法和效能-传热单元数法,建立了水冷式表冷器湿工况换热的数学模型。该模型无复杂的模型设置和算法,无需表冷器的几何数据或详细性能数据,只需名义工况参数就能预测其性能;水侧和空气侧对流换热系数从名义显热量导出。根据数学模型,采用Modelica语言建立了表冷器的湿工况仿真模型。采用表冷器实测数据对新模型进行了验证。结果显示,新模型预测的换热器出口温度和换热量与实测值的偏差分别在6%和12%以内,每个工况只需10 s左右的计算时间。

Abstract:

 Establishes a new mathematical model of water-cooled air cooler under wet-cooling conditions based on mean surface temperature method and effectiveness-number of heat transfer unit method. The new model predicts the performance with nominal operating parameters only and without complex model setting and algorithm and the geometrical data or detailed performance data of the air cooler. The convective heat transfer coefficients at the water side and the air side are derived from the nominal sensible heat transfer rate. Based on the mathematical model, establishes a wet-cooling condition simulation model of air coolers by Modelica language. Validates the new model by the measured data of an air cooler. The results show that the deviations between the outlet temperature and heat transfer rate predicted by the new model and the measured values are less than 6% and 12% respectively, and the calculation time is only about 10 s in each simulated working condition.
