结合工程特点和温湿度独立控制系统的优点，在某艺展中心的空调设计中采用了温湿度独立控制系统与水源热泵高温冷水机组相结合的系统形式。重点介绍了设计中需要注意的问题并进行了经济性分析，指出了该工程中温湿度独立控制系统的不足之处。

Abstract：
Based on the characteristics of the project and the advantages of the temperature and humidity independent control system, the air conditioning design adopts the combination system of temperature and humidity independent control system and water-source heat pump high temperature water chillers. Presents emphatically the issues needed to be paid attention to in designing and performs the economic analysis. Points out some deficiencies of the temperature and humidity independent control system in the project.
