间接蒸发冷凝技术在北疆某数据中心的应用
Application of indirect evaporative cooling technology to data center in northern Xinjiang
摘要:
为提高数据中心的能源利用效率,降低系统运行电源使用效率(PUE),且根据数据中心显热量大、潜热量小的运行特点,在北疆地区采用了间接蒸发冷水空调系统(带自然冷源)为机房供冷。在空调冷水系统内添加体积分数为45%的乙二醇(冰点温度为-32 ℃)溶液用以防止冷水冬季结冰问题,同时实现系统冬季自然冷却模式。采用该项技术后,PUE为1.362,达到要求目标,节能效果显著。
Abstract:
In order to improve the energy efficiency of data center and reduce the system operation PUE, according to the operating characteristics of high sensible heat and low latent heat, adopts indirect evaporative chilled water air conditioning system (with natural cold source) to supply cold for a data center in northern Xinjiang. Adds the ethylene glycol (freezing point temperature is -32 ℃) solution with 45% volume concentration to the air conditioning chilled water system to prevent chilled water freezing and realize the natural cooling mode of the system in winter. The result shows that the PUE is 1.362, which meets the required target, and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
