广州地区绿色办公建筑夏季空调热舒适研究*
Study on thermal comfort of summer air conditioning in green office buildings in Guangzhou
摘要:
选取广州地区的4栋绿色办公建筑,采用长期监测运行数据结合主观问卷调研的方法,对其室内热环境及主观满意度进行了调研。结果表明,虽然调研案例的室内热环境达标率较低,但只有21%的使用者对热环境表示不满意。分析原因为人员的主观满意度会受到“原谅因子”的影响,使得实际评价结果偏好。通过对人员主观感受值AMV与室内温度、湿满意度与相对湿度分别进行线性拟合得出:广州地区绿色办公建筑的夏季室内舒适温度为25.94 ℃,舒适区温度范围为23.13~28.76 ℃;舒适相对湿度为50.5%,舒适相对湿度上限为83.6%。
Abstract:
Investigates the indoor thermal environment and subjective satisfaction of four green office buildings in Guangzhou by long-term monitoring operation data and subjective questionnaire survey. The results show that although the indoor thermal environment compliance rate is low, only 21% of occupants are unsatisfied with the thermal environment. The reason is that the subjective satisfaction of the occupants will be affected by the forgiveness factor, which makes the actual evaluation result preference. According to the linear fitting of subjective perception AMV and indoor temperature, actual humidity perception and relative humidity, concludes that the indoor comfort temperature of green office buildings in Guangzhou in hummer is 25.94 ℃, the comfort zone temperature range is 23.13 to 28.76 ℃, the comfort relative humidity is 50.5%, and the upper limit of comfort relative humidity is 83.6%.
